Milestone #1: Founded in 2000 by restaurant operator experts: The concept for Salsarita’s developed by the principals of BRV, Inc., who together have decades of experience running successful restaurant businesses. Developing the idea that eventually manifested in the founding of Salsarita’s in 2000, BRV’s top management recognized the opportunity they had before them to leverage their vast knowledge and create a truly great restaurant chain.
